Notre Maison de Champagne

Champagne Bouché is a family winery created in1920 and still family runned. Nicolas Bouché, the current owner isa graduated oenologist. We have our own vineyard, mainly located behind the winery. This vineyard is HVE (High Environnemental Value)
We carry out winemaking by using oak barrels and stainlesssteel tanks.
Then, each bottles ages from 4 to 10 years in our cellar, a cellar made in 1880.

Nos produits

In our Champagne, we look for a balance between elegance and complexity.
Each cuvee is a blend of wine aged in oak barrel and in stainlesssteel tanks.
Each bottle is aged at least 4 years in our cellar.
